When my 92 year old mother developed massive lower limb swellings because of underlying heart condition, I never thought that a major component of care would be physiotherapy. Dr Rupali not only visited my ailing mother at home to examine her but also reassured us that phsiotherapy would not only almost completely make the swellings go away, but also that my mother would walk again with her walker.

My heart is filled with immense gratitude for Dr Ruupali Kshirsagar.
Just before the lockdown, I had an ACL sprain in my knee which got identified only after 8 months.
The doctor prescribed a couple of vitamins and bed rest for 30 days.
I was in a lot of pain and could not walk or exercise for months even after the bed rest. When the MRI scans came in, I met Ruupali ma’am at her clinic Alph Care Physiotherapy… she ensured me that this would heal with physiotherapy and that she had seen cases which were far worse off and still had a full recovery. Today I am able to walk again without any pain. This is all thanks to the physiotherapy sessions that I had with ma’am. She first assessed my muscle strength through Physio exercises and slowly as the days progressed she helped me strengthen the muscles further and then moved on to the next level of exercises. Her treatment has been excellent and I highly recommend Alpha Care clinic to all!
